Ensure the perfume bottle is unopened, unused, and still in its original cellophane-wrapped packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and the correct return address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in a sturdy box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot accept returns for items broken in the mail.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to us using a trackable courier service and retain your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
